How to order?

You must have an account to be able to order. All information required to order will be stored within your account and will be available when you order a second time. This is necessary to make this webshop as easy as possible for you. Special offers can be used only with an account.

The shop is structured within different categories and product groups. All products will be listed within the product group with a short description. If you want a more detailed information, just click on the product name or product image and you will be redirected to the detail information site of the product. There you will find a more precise description of the product.

If you want to buy this product, just enter the amount you want to buy (standard is 1 piece) and press the "In cart"-button. The product will be moved into your shopping cart.

Which payment options do you have?

EU-Standard Bank Transfer

After you have completed the ordering process you will receive our bank information via eMail. This eMail contains all information you need for your transaction.

DirectPay24

This method of payment is almost the same system like the "EU-Standard Bank Transfer". After you have completed the ordering process you will be redirected to the DirectPay24 website. There you will find a form with all necessary information already filled out. To complete the payment you will need your account number and the bank code. After you've filled out those fields you need your PIN and TAN-Code to complete the payment transaction. When you have completed the transaction via DirectPay24, we will be informed that you have started the transaction and your package will leave our house. In case you decide you don't want to use DirectPay24 as payment system, we will send you our bank information within the confirmation-eMail of your order. So you might switch to an "EU-Standard Bank Transfer" afterwards.

PayPal (Credit Cards)

To be able to use your credit card you must have an active PayPal-account. Advantages when using this plattform for payments are clear. You DON'T have to give out your credit card information at any time during the whole payment process. Every needed information is already stored in your PayPal-account. As soon as you've completed the transaction via PayPal, we will receive the information that the transaction has been done and your package will leave our house on the same day. Cash on Delivery

When using this method of payment your package will leave our house on the same day. You have to pay your order at our logistic partner. Please make sure you have the correct amount ready.
